We offer refunds under the following conditions, however, no return will be accepted, due to the nature of our products.

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Items that do not meet our quality standards (e.g., spoiled, undercooked, or significantly incorrect preparation)

Requests must be made within 1 hour of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Customer errors in ordering (e.g., wrong address, wrong item selection)
  • Change of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., heavy traffic, weather conditions)
  • Food items that have been tampered with or partially consumed
